Bootcamp is essentially a high Intensity interval training class that uses music and the presence of other participants as a form of motivation for all who partake in the class.
A session would include a warm-up, main exercise routine and stretch and relaxation at the end. The exercises are tailor made to your needs.
We do breathe work at the end of the sessions (optional)
